FAQs

Good to know...

What do I need to bring to The Sacred GEO Experience?

  • Yoga mat, yoga block, blanket, meditation cushion, or any other personal prop

  • Water bottle (water refills available on site)

  • Walking shoes or walking sandals. Bare feet are not recommended on the Labyrinth or Meditation Trails.

  • Layers - sweatshirts, jacket, and wraps for cooler temperatures

  • Bug Spray if particular brand required - there will be a variety of options available

  • Sunscreen - Large tents will protect you from the rays except the meditation walk and labyrinth

  • Hat & Sunglasses - See above: If you need to keep sun off your face, bring them!

  • Journal & pen - You never know when the inspiration hits, this day will provide many great inspiring moments

Thoughts on clothing:

  • If doing yoga, bring or wear your yoga attire

  • Comfy, causal clothing suggested, again layers are always smart

  • You will want to be able to sit comfortably on cushions

Is there a place I can change if needed?

Yes! We will have a small changing area that will provide a private place to change. You might consider bringing items to freshen up (wet wipes, deodorant, etc.)

If you are camping with your personal gear, you know what you need, but here are a few reminders:

  • Tent (stakes, rain-fly, ground tarp - morning-dew from grass)

  • Sleeping bags, sleeping pads or air mattress (bring your pump, we will have a generator to use for electric pumps)

  • Warm sleeping clothes

  • Personal items: toothbrush, wet wipes, etc.

  • Headlamp, flashlight, or lantern (batteries, if needed)

  • Cooler for any personal drinks/foods - must be placed in container, or in your car at night

Can I bring my kids?

We love humans of all ages, however, GEO is an adult event for 18+ attendees.
